Scheduling Policies
Before and after your session
For a better therapeutic experience, please arrive 10-minutes before your appointment and try not to have anything too demanding booked directly after your appointment, as you may like time to process post-session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients, and in order to ensure the smooth functioning of our practice, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost
Payment Policy
Due to partnering with numerous government and community funders, you may have access to either free or substantially reduced therapy, we can work together to find out what might be available for you. Payment is usually due 24 hours after the appointment.
